Adam is a dedicated property all rounder, driven by an “above and beyond” approach to service.
He has built a proficient track record in a variety of portfolio management roles including facilities management, owners corporation management and residential property management. Additionally he has completed a Master of Property degree at RMIT University which has enabled him to further develop his skill set.
Most importantly, Adam is a great example of a true peoples person with the ability to create meaningful and gratifying relationships with his clients. He works diligently in distilling the same work ethics within his team as well as for the company. Adam has an innovative approach to business practices ensuring that company methods are continuously adapting to the evolving property market. His main focus at OCX is to build a supportive environment to enable the team in delivering knowledgeable practices efficaciously to all their clients.
Beau Littlejohn is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in the construction industry. During his journey to the Strata industry mastered the intricacies of electrical repairs, refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance, roof plumbing and even exploring the artistry of landscaping.
Not to mention that Beau has also had the opportunity to be part of a family run strata property development project which gave him insights into the setup and operation of Owners Corporations.
Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, he is committed to connecting with individuals on a personal level and enjoy going the extra mile for his clients. He firmly believes in the transformative power of collaboration, understanding, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The unique combination of technical skills and being a people’s person makes Beau a perfect fit for the role of Owners Corporation Manager.

Michaela joined OCX as an OC Manager after having managed a portfolio of both commercial and residential properties across various tiers.
She is passionate about the OC industry and has a genuine interest in helping her clients. With her naturally caring personality and analytical mindset she is determined to understand all the facts so she can identify the best solutions for the OCs in her portfolio. Michaela prides herself in her willingness to learn and continued quest for improvement.
Michaela obtained her degree in Business and studied French simultaneously. Having been in customer service roles for 10 years; as a team member, supervisor, and finally as a Manager, along with her experience in accounts, she is well equipped with a versatile set of skills that are required for her role.

Joyce is the newest addition to the OCX team. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Technology.
She is a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong background in providing administration services. She has great attention to detail, and her ability to utilise technology in managing often complex administrative tasks has allowed Joyce to excel in her previous roles prior to joining our team. Her appetite for continuous learning and her desire to apply previously acquired skills in a dynamic, but customer service focused environment, such as the strata industry, makes Joyce a valuable member of the support team.
In her free time, Joyce enjoys travelling abroad, exploring new cultures and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge from the construction industry, Ben comes to us from lovely New Zealand. With a background that spans across diverse industries, including logistics, teaching, service and IT support, Ben is a well-rounded professional with insights from more fields than can be counted.
In a relatively short span in the industry, Ben has already overseen major projects for Owners Corporations. From orchestrating roof replacements to organising full fire system compliance and dedication. However, it's not just about expertise for Ben. It's also about a genuine passion for the industry. He has a knack for problem-solving and loves working with people, which brings a unique view of issues that may be encountered in the course of helping you to manage and protect your properties.
When Ben steps out of the professional realm, you'll find him embracing his other loves. Family is of utmost importance, and he values quality time spent with his loved ones. He's a devoted dog parent and enjoys the company of his many furry friends. And when he's not with family or his canine companions, you might catch him indulging in his inner geek, or practicing martial arts.

Danica is the newest addition to the team to support the administrative operations of OCX. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has units in Master of Management, giving her a broad base of knowledge and skills.
She has been a noteworthy employee in the customer service industry, driven by her passion and commitment to providing quality service partnered with empathy for her clients. She has worked with two of the most prominent global BPO companies in the Philippines - Accenture and Concentrix. Over 6 years, she acquired numerous core skills, including technical knowledge, detail-oriented, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
In her free time, Danica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends while managing her small online business selling surf and skate apparel.
Anna has been a loyal team member with OCX from the beginning. As the People and Culture Manager she utilises her natural people skills to support the team and culture.
Anna has a strong background in the property industry with a Bachelor of Environments degree majoring in Property and is currently on the way to finishing her Masters Degree in Property.
Over the years she has worked in roles such as team administration and team leader in the retail industry which has not only honed her ability to deliver exceptional customer service but to also understand the importance of creating team stability, satisfaction and support. This knowledge is reflected in her day to day role of creating a safe, fun and progressive workplace for the team.
In her spare time Anna enjoys many active activities such as hiking, bouldering and supping at the beach.
People & Culture Manager
Shweta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Real Estate and Owners Corporation industry. She has a proven track record of leading large teams to success. Her strong educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts, MBA in Marketing, Cert IV in Property Services and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Shweta is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. She is a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Shweta is also a strong communicator and has a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues. She is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is committed to providing the best possible service to our clients.
In her free time, she supports a Non-Profit organization with volunteering work, likes to watch movies and have long conversations with her loved ones.
Guy has over 10 years of experience in customer service roles, managing teams, and business operations with limited direction to build positive brand reputation and achieve successful outcomes for his clients in collaboration with his coworkers.
Guy found his calling in managing Owners Corporations in Canberra before joining the OCX team. He passionately believes in customer service and the going above and beyond approach to achieve extraordinary outcomes for his clients. He aims to build a positive brand awareness for OCX in order to achieve long-term sustainable success in his career.
On weekends Guy works on his photography business and enjoys going on adventures, such as driving to the countryside or exploring the breathtaking Victorian hiking scene.

Maria started working with OCX in 2019 as a front house team member and she has enjoyed her time immensely collaborating with a team that provides her with great support
Her outgoing bubbly personality and positive outlook on life makes her the perfect fit for her current role where she gets to meet new customers and assist the OCX clients on a daily basis.
Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and also loves going camping to experience the full scope of outdoors.
Christina has over 20 years of Marketing and Branding experience, working for leading brands such as ColesMyer, Myer, Kmart, Mobil, Mercedes Benz, Daimler Chrysler, Westbourne Grammar School and more.
Christina graduated with a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Victoria University and has since had a huge passion for Marketing. Christina is what you may call a ‘marketing all-rounder’, having extensive experience in multifaceted brands and businesses.
Christina loves spending quality time with her husband and 4 children. She also Team Manages her kids soccer team on the weekends and is a huge soccer fan. Christina also enjoys going to the theatre and experiencing new cultural experiences.
Shopping Centre Operations Manager
Thiago carries a diploma of electrical and electronics technology, a diploma in business management and most recently he finished a landscape design short course that introduced him to permaculture and agroforestry.
He has been in the facility management and commercial asset management industry for 14 years. He is fortunate to have worked for some of the most prestigious companies in this space such as JLL, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westfield Shopping Centre and Minor Hotels Group and The Melbourne's GPO which is also a heritage listed building in the CBD.
In his free time he likes to go camping and four wheel driving in the Victorian countryside. His passion for nature does not end there, he also nurtures his own garden and volunteers his time with the Transition Streets Romsey group which is a sustainability organisation with the aim to help people to understand how to make changes in their life to live more sustainably.
Yuting started her career in General Accounts at a small Financial Planning firm, where she gained fantastic ground-level experience in accounts receivable / payable.
Since then, Yuting has had a number of roles as a Sales Trust Accountant where she furthered her skills in this area and she has become well versed in statutory audit requirements.
Yuting has a wealth of knowledge in the field of Accounting. This, together with her professionalism and years of experience makes Yuting a valued member of the OCX team.
CPA Trust Accountant & Finanical Controller
Roy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degree from Monash University and a Master of Finance degree from the University of Melbourne. Roy is a certiﬁed CPA in Australia.
Roy started his career as a Trust Accountant at a superannuation tax agency, where he gained solid ground-level experience in preparation of accounting and taxation reports for SMSF for annual compliance purposes.
Since then, Roy has joined one of the ‘Big 4' accounting ﬁrms specialised in accounts audit, project valuation and business modelling for ﬁnancing, tax reporting as well as investment feasibility purposes.
Roy, as the ﬁnancial controller of OCX is a crucial member of our team with his extensive knowledge being applied to complex accounting challenges, financial modelling for Owners Corporations, or simply overseeing our accounts department.
Sanjeev started his career in the facility management industry, working as a concierge for several years and building manager thereafter for a large mixed-use skyscraper, which was among the top 3 tallest buildings in the Melbourne
CBD in 2018.
Managing such a large and complex building while ensuring smooth daily operation and providing above and beyond customer service has equipped him with the skills that allowed Sanjeev to progress into a full time Owners Corporation manager role where he was assigned a portfolio of highrise buildings across Melbourne CBD.
He also enjoys staying up to date with latest technological advancements, which propelled him to complete a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Technology. His forward thinking mindset and extensive experience in IT combined with years of facility and owners corporation management makes Sanjeev an essential part of the OCX Team.
