  • How can I update my contact details?
    In order for our office to change your contact details and update the records, we need to receive your request in writing, via email or the owners details form. (OWNERS FORM).
  • If I am unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, can I nominate someone to attend on my behalf?
    If you are unable to attend the AGM you may appoint a proxy on your behalf. You can obtain a Proxy Form from our website. (PROXY FORM).
  • Can I do my own repairs?
    If the area requiring repair is part of common property, please report the repair to our office or your manager for consideration.
  • How do I pay my levies?
    Information on how to pay your strata levies can be found at the bottom of your levy notice. You can pay your levies by Bpay, cheque or via the telephone option through the DEFT payment system.
  • How can I be elected to the Owners Corporation Committee?
    The Owners Corporation Committee is appointed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for your Owners Corporation. The Committee comprises a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 7, although the Owners Corporation, by ordinary resolution at that meeting, may resolve that the Committee may have more than 7 members but not more than 12 members.
  • I have a common area repair to report, what should I do?
    All repairs to common property areas must be reported to your Owners Corporation Manager in writing via email. In the event of an emergency outside office hours please contact our office number and the after hours team will be able to assist you.
  • I want to get a dog and/or cat. Do I need permission?
    You should first check with your Owners Corporation Manager whether your Owners Corporation has any additional rules relating to pets, before committing to one. Subject to these rules, you may be required to complete the pet application form for the consideration by the Owners’ Corporation.
  • I want to install an air-conditioning unit, what should I do?
    You must submit your request in writing, enclosing a copy of a completed application form and attaching the supporting documents required. Please find the application form on our website under Forms. Once the application has been received it will be sent to the committee for their consideration.
  • How can I obtain additional security keys and remote controls?
    If you require a replacement or additional security key or remote please click this link and fill in the form to place your order.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
