Adam Holovics

Director

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management CPP40521 | Master of Property | Certificate IV in Property Services | Over 15 years of diverse experience in the property industry, spanning real estate, strata, and facilities management.

Adam is a dedicated property all rounder, driven by an “above and beyond” approach to service.

He has built a proficient track record in a variety of portfolio management roles including facilities management, owners corporation management and residential property management. Additionally he has completed a Master of Property degree at RMIT University which has enabled him to further develop his skill set. 

Most importantly, Adam is a great example of a true peoples person with the ability to create meaningful and gratifying relationships with his clients. He works diligently in distilling the same work ethics within his team as well as for the company. Adam has an innovative approach to business practices ensuring that company methods are continuously adapting to the evolving property market. His main focus at OCX is to build a supportive environment to enable the team in delivering knowledgeable practices efficaciously to all their clients.

Sanjeev Karki

Senior Owners Corporation Manager

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management CPP40521 | Master of Information Technology | A100 Introduction to Living and Working in the Strata Community | 9 years in building management, including roles as concierge, facilities manager, and strata manager, plus 2 years running an IT company in Nepal.

Sanjeev started his career in the facility management industry, working as a concierge for several years and building manager thereafter for a large mixed-use skyscraper, which was among the top 3 tallest buildings in the Melbourne CBD in 2018. 

Managing such a large and complex building while ensuring smooth daily operation and providing above and beyond customer service has equipped him with the skills that allowed Sanjeev to progress into a full time Owners Corporation manager role where he was assigned a portfolio of highrise buildings across Melbourne CBD. 

He also enjoys staying up to date with latest technological advancements, which propelled him to complete a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Technology. His forward thinking mindset and extensive experience in IT combined with years of facility and owners corporation management makes Sanjeev an essential part of the OCX Team. 

Michaela Fajardo

Senior Owners Corporation Manager & People and Culture Lead

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management CPP40521 | Bachelor in Business (Management) | 7 years in Owners Corporation management, covering accounts and portfolio oversight, with a prior decade in customer service, training, and supervision.

Michaela’s team’s motto is: To attract the most talented team members who are a great cultural fit for the business, and keep them happy.

Michaela joined OCX as an OC Manager after having managed a portfolio of both commercial and residential properties across various tiers.

She is passionate about the strata industry and has a genuine interest in helping her clients. With her naturally caring personality and analytical mindset, she is determined to understand all the facts so she can identify the best solutions for the owners corporations in her portfolio. Michaela prides herself on her willingness to learn and her continued quest for improvement.

Michaela obtained her degree in Business and studied French simultaneously. Having been in customer service roles for 10 years, as a team member, supervisor, and finally as a Manager, along with her experience in accounts, she is well equipped with a versatile set of skills that are required for her role.

Beau Littlejohn

Senior Owners Corporation Manager

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management CPP40521 | Bachelor of Counselling | Certificate IV in Mechanical engineering | 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including roles in property development and strata management.

Beau Littlejohn is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in the construction industry.

During his journey to the Strata industry mastered the intricacies of electrical repairs, refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance, roof plumbing and even exploring the artistry of landscaping. 

Not to mention that Beau has also had the opportunity to be part of a family run strata property development project which gave him insights into the setup and operation of Owners Corporations. 

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, he is committed to connecting with individuals on a personal level and enjoy going the extra mile for his clients. He firmly believes in the transformative power of collaboration, understanding, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The unique combination of technical skills and being a people’s person makes Beau a perfect fit for the role of Owners Corporation Manager. 

After work, you’ll find him savouring precious moments with his family and immersing himself in the wonders of the Victorian outdoors. Camping escapes, go-karting, and regular gym sessions help Beau lead a balanced and gratifying lifestyle..

Mary Tan

Support Team Leader

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with units in Law (LLB) | 7 years in retail banking and customer service at JPMorgan Chase, supporting operations across social media, admin, and tenancy coordination.

Mary’s team’s motto is: We’ve got your back, supporting you every step of the way and making sure things are done right.

Mary Tan has been a vital part of OCX since the beginning. As the leader of the support team, she plays a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative functions. Mary handles escalations with professionalism and empathy, mentors and coaches the support team to reach their full potential, and assists the company with broader business initiatives and strategic projects.

Before joining OCX, Mary worked as a customer specialist at JPMorgan Chase Bank, a Fortune 500 company, where she sharpened her skills in customer service, communication, attention to detail, and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and has gained valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry through her time with Marriott International.

Mary is inspired daily by her family. In her spare time, she enjoys creating handmade scented candles, wax melts, room sprays, and car diffusers, a passion that reflects her creativity and attention to detail.

Mike Zha

CPA & OCX Finance Manager

Bachelor of Commerce Major in Accounting and Finance | CPA | 15 years of accounting experience across FMCG, property, wholesale, and retail sectors, including over 7 years in strata accounting and business operations.

Mike’s team’s motto is: Provide the team with the right tools to succeed in consistency and excellent service.

As a qualified CPA, Mike has proven track records in diverse industries, including Owners Corporation, FMCG, Retail and Wholesale. Notably, he has dedicated a significant portion of his career to Owners Corporation financial management, earning recognition as the SCA VIC Support Team Member Award in 2020.

With solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting within the Owners Corporation sector, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His extensive experience in stakeholder management ensures exceptional service delivery to both clients and colleagues.

Furthermore, his forward-thinking mindset and proficient IT skills have enabled him to spearhead initiatives in automated reporting, efficiency improvement, and cost-saving measures across various organisations. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving results, Mike is poised to contribute to the success and growth of OCX.

Danica Losorata

Senior Support Team Member

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology | With units in Master of Management

Danica has over 8 years of experience as a customer service representative, combined with a background in technical support, transaction processing, and team leadership.

She has been a noteworthy employee in the customer service industry, driven by her passion and commitment to providing quality service, and partnered with empathy for her clients. In her career she acquired numerous core skills, including technical knowledge, detail-oriented, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

​In her free time, Danica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends while managing her small online business selling surf and skate apparel.

Anna Tong

Event Coordinator

Master of Property | 5 years of specialised experience in the property industry, with a strong focus on property valuation.

Anna has been a loyal team member with OCX from the beginning. As the Event Coordinator, she utilises her natural people skills to support the team and culture.

Anna has a strong background in the property industry with a Bachelor of Environments degree majoring in Property and is currently on the way to finishing her Masters Degree in Property.

Over the years, she has worked in roles such as team administration and team leader in the retail industry, which has not only honed her ability to deliver exceptional customer service but also to understand the importance of creating team stability, satisfaction and support. This knowledge is reflected in her day-to-day role of creating a safe, fun and progressive workplace for the team.

​In her spare time, Anna enjoys many active activities such as hiking, bouldering and supping at the beach.

Towsif Mahim

Owners Corporation Manager

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology | Multi-disciplinary background including 3 years in Owners Corporation management, with additional experience in tech sales, app development, facilities management, and customer support.

Towsif joined OCX bringing with him a wealth of experience in Building Management and a diverse background in Sales, IT, and Management. His journey to Owners Corporation has been marked by a steady progression and a deepening of his expertise.

Towsif’s integration into OC Management has been seamless, thanks to his calm and collected demeanour coupled with a strong problem-solving drive. These qualities have proven invaluable, benefiting both our clients and our organization. His dedication and determination are evident in his approach to overcoming obstacles, consistently going the extra mile to
assist others.

Outside of work, Towsif enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his loved ones. He is an avid futsal player and soccer enthusiast, often engaging in these sports during his spare time. Additionally, he cherishes weekends spent hiking, camping, and unwinding in hot springs with family and friends, showcasing his well-rounded approach to life.

Christina Yianni

Marketing Consultant

Bachelor of Business Marketing | Over 20 years of marketing, branding, and events experience across diverse industries including retail, industrial, marine, and agriculture.

Christina has over 20 years of Marketing and Branding experience, working for leading brands such as ColesMyer, Myer, Kmart, Mobil, Mercedes Benz, Daimler Chrysler, Westbourne Grammar School and more. 

Christina graduated with a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Victoria University and has since had a huge passion for Marketing.  Christina is what you may call a ‘marketing all-rounder’, having extensive experience in multifaceted brands and businesses.

Christina loves spending quality time with her husband and 4 children. She also manages her kids soccer team on the weekends and is a huge soccer fan. Christina also enjoys going to the theatre and experiencing new cultural experiences. 

Arrabelle Racaza

Accountant

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy | CPA | 5 years of accounting experience across manufacturing, rental, and construction sectors.

She has experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. She worked for an accounting firm for 3 years and worked her way up to a senior accountant position for a local manufacturing company. From there, Arra developed her skills in budgeting and financial forecasting where she handled multiple clients across different industries. In her work, she ensures that she delivers precise and timely accounting support to clients by focusing on time management, task prioritisation, and financial accuracy.

In Arra’s free time, she loves reading books, watching documentaries, and baking.

Barbara Lo

Senior Owners Corporation Manager

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management CPP40521 | Certificate Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) and Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) (Honours) RMIT Melbourne | A100 Introduction to Living and Working in the Strata Community | Over 6 years in Owners Corporation management and leadership, backed by over 15 years in customer service roles.

Barbara has joined OCX with extensive experience in many customer service roles and leadership within the Owners Corporation industry. She has a wealth of experience in managing high-rise buildings, mixed-use, staged plans and heritage-listed buildings. No issue is too complex for her to tackle.

Armed with an analytical background from her studies in Chemistry and Engineering, Barbara excels in optimising the operational aspects of Owners Corporations to ensure a smooth collaboration between all stakeholders, fostering harmonious and efficient communities.

Barbara also volunteers her time regularly within the industry, speaking as a panel guest at conferences in front of her peers, and is currently the elected Chairperson of an Owners Corporation for a family-owned property.

​In her spare time, Barbara can be found spending time outdoors with family and her dogs who love playing on the beach. She also enjoys experiencing Melbourne’s extensive food scene and catching up with friends for coffee and brunch. Her go-to coffee order is a magic coffee with oat milk and a side of 2 puppuccinos if she is with her dogs.

Thiago Galaverna

Shopping Centre Operations Manager

Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering | Diploma of Business Administration and Management | 19 years in property maintenance, including 6 years of direct property management experience.

Thiago has been in the facility management and commercial asset management industry for 14 years. He is fortunate to have worked for some of the most prestigious companies in this space, such as JLL, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westfield Shopping Centre and Minor Hotels Group and The Melbourne’s GPO, which is also a heritage-listed building in the CBD.

In his free time, he likes to go camping and four-wheel driving in the Victorian countryside. His passion for nature does not end there; he also nurtures his own garden and volunteers his time with the Transition Streets Romsey group, which is a sustainability organisation with the aim of helping people understand how to make changes in their lives to live more sustainably.

Kristine Anuta

Accountant

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy | CPA | Over 10 years of corporate accounting experience, with expertise in financial management and tax compliance.

Kristine has held senior roles such as Financial Controller and Senior Accounting Supervisor, where she gained expertise in accurate financial reporting, streamlining accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. Committed to providing high-quality financial solutions and applying proactive problem-solving, she aims to leverage her skills in a dynamic work environment to support business growth, drive informed decision-making, and contribute to the long-term success of the company and its clients.

Beyond work, Kristine loves spending time with family and friends, whether it’s sharing a good meal, a laugh, or just catching up. She enjoys immersing herself in a good book, watching movies and documentaries, and getting creative with arts and crafts.

Grace Acain

Accounts Officer

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management | Over 10 years of experience in accounting, specialising in financial management across hospitality, wholesale and retail industries.

Grace is a highly skilled Accounts Officer known for her accuracy, timeliness, and ability to manage high-volume, multi-platform transactions. She has contributed to the success of both U.S. and Australian companies by optimizing invoice processing, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting seamless month-end closings.

Gracezel is valued for her sharp attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. Her ability to adapt quickly and maintain efficiency under pressure makes her a trusted partner in any finance team.

Outside of work, she finds joy in cooking, watching documentaries, and spending time with her seven cats.

Christine Tumandao

Support Team Member

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with units in Accounting Technology | 3 years of experience in the real estate industry as an assistant, managing client liaison, sales support and coordination, general administrative tasks, and other day-to-day office management

Christine is a dedicated assistant, she brings a strong focus on client management, relationship building, and administrative support. Her ability to understand client needs and foster long-term partnerships has been a key part of her success.

Since entering the industry, she’s supported her clients, always striving to make their day-to-day operations smoother and more organised. With her hands-on experience, Christine is known for her efficiency, reliability, and results-driven mindset.

When she’s off the clock, Christine enjoys baking and cooking, often spending her free time experimenting with new recipes for her family and friends to try. Whether it’s perfecting a classic dish or trying something entirely new, she finds creativity and joy in the kitchen—much like the passion she brings to her work.

Kianne Abadilla

With three years of customer service experience in the Owners Corporation space under her belt, she has honed her skills and cultivated a reputation for professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

She actively seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge base, stay abreast of industry trends, and refine her skills through continuous learning from her fellow OCX team members. Her diverse skill set and unwavering determination to personal and professional growth makes Kianne an essential team member for OCX. Outside of work, Kianne loves to spend quality time with her family. She also enjoys swimming and crocheting during her spare time.

Stephen Igdanes

Support Team Member

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management | 10 years of extensive experience in customer and administrative support, with expertise in sales, client care, and account management across diverse industries.

With a decade of experience as a dedicated Customer Service Representative, Pen have consistently excelled in his role, earning recognition as Best Sales Representative for consecutive years and as Best Team Leader. Pen’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships has been the cornerstone of his career.

Beyond his professional achievements, he is a passionate animal lover and proud caregiver to 19 dogs and several rescued cats. His heart lies in giving these animals a second chance at life, and I find immense joy in playing and spending time with them.

Travelling with his furry companions is one of Pen’s greatest joys, as he cherishes life’s simple moments and the adventures they embark on together. Whether exploring new places or enjoying the tranquillity of home, Pen believe happiness is found in the little moments shared with loved ones, both human and animal alike.

 

Clarebelle Sasuman

Accountant

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy | CPA | 3 years of accounting experience with expertise in financial audit of manufacturing, retail and construction companies.

Since entering the accounting field, Clarebelle has been dedicated to helping clients stay on top of their numbers and streamline their financial processes. She’s a CPA with a strong foundation in external audit from the Big 4 Accounting Firms, where she worked with a wide range of clients to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards such as IFRS and GAAP. With a background in external audit and hands-on experience in accounting, she’s known for her attention to detail, reliability, and no-fuss approach to getting things done right.

Outside of work, Clarebelle laces up her running shoes and hits the pavement. She’s currently training for her first half-marathon and finds that running like accounting is all about pacing, consistency, and hitting your goals one step at a time.

Allen Troung

Owners Corporation Manager

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering & Bachelor of Science (Physics), Monash University | 9 years in Real Estate (8 in Owners Corporation)

Allen is a pragmatic problem solver who blends analytical rigour with real world leadership. After three years managing a restaurant, where he led teams, handled fast moving operations, and solved issues on the fly, he brings calm, structured thinking to complex change programs. 

At OCX, Allen’s focus is service above all else: listening first, simplifying decisions, and staying positive and solution focused under pressure. He’s known for turning ambiguity into structure, building momentum through practical enablement, and measuring what matters so change sticks. He aspires to be the go-to problem solver for his colleagues; reliable, certain, and always ready to help.

Outside work, Allen’s love of puzzles and board games mirrors his approach to change: thoughtful strategy, collaborative problem‑solving, and finding elegant, human‑centered solutions.

 

Mohit Sethi

Assistant to the Shopping Centre Operations Manager

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy | Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Diploma in Accounting, and Certificate IV in Accounting

Mohit Sethi brings 8 years of experience in the security industry, including 3 years as a Security Supervisor, before transitioning into his current role as a Facilities Assistant. His background in security and team leadership gives him a strong foundation for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed shopping centre environment.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting) and an Advanced diploma of Accounting, which supports his understanding of operations and business processes in the property and facilities sector.

Outside of work, Mohit enjoys cooking, going on long drives, working out at the gym, and exploring new places, interests that help him stay active, focused, and balanced.
