Our team will assess your current arrangement (they may ask you for the minutes of the last AGM, the existing Contract of Appointment, or other documents) and provide a full scope, all inclusive management fees proposal for your committee's consideration with next steps.

Once the Committee has considered all options and decided to go ahead with
OCX, we will prepare a step by step guide document with all necessary documentation your OC will require in this process to make the transition as seamless for the OC members as possible and reduce the workload on the committee.

Once the steps outlined in the guide have been completed we can act for you and on your behalf and will manage the entire handover process so that the committee
can focus on the other important tasks.
